Tied on a size 6 streamer hook, don't let this little guy fool ya. This small baitfish has been a very productive pattern for me especially when fished with one or two more if its friends to imitate a small group of scurrying baitfish. Tie two or three of these guys one after the other and strip short and quick to give them a sporadic baitfish like movement.
